Every item is made to order
Nothing is pre-made or pulled from a shelf — your order is produced specifically for you once it's placed. That's why turnaround takes a bit longer than off-the-shelf products, but it's what lets us offer full customization on every item.
Standard Turnaround Times
Production
5–7 business days
Your item is printed or embroidered, quality-checked, and packed.
Transit
3–4 business days
Delivered by courier once it leaves production. Transit time will vary depending on your address.
Estimated total: 8–11 business days from order to delivery
These are estimates, not guarantees — busier periods (like the holidays) or artwork that needs cleanup can add a little extra time. If your deadline is tight, let us know when you order and we'll tell you what's realistic.
Shipping Cost
We charge a flat $17.85 shipping fee per order, regardless of how many items you order or where they're produced. Orders over $160 ship free.
Multiple Packages, One Order
Depending on what you order, your items may be produced at more than one facility and arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days. This is normal — you'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it goes out.
