Logo Placement Guide

Where Should
Your Logo Go?

Standard sizes and positions for every placement we offer — tops, pants, and hats. These are our defaults; we'll always confirm exact sizing on your mockup before anything's printed.

Tops — T-Shirts, Hoodies & Crewnecks

These are the placement options you'll see when building your order or store.

Left Chest placement

Left Chest

3" – 4" wide

The classic. Sits about 3" down from the collar on the wearer's left. Best for simple logos and wordmarks — keep detail minimal since it's a small canvas.

Full Center Chest placement

Full Center Chest

Up to 12" wide

A bigger statement print centered on the chest. Great for bold logos, event names, or anything you want front and center.

Full Front placement

Full Front

12" wide × 12" tall

A design at this size covers a lot of real estate on the shirt. With screen printing especially, that much ink can make the print feel stiffer and less breathable — worth keeping in mind. Think in terms of total print area, similar to square footage in a room: a short, wide design can comfortably use the full width, while a tall design often looks better sized down a little so it doesn't overwhelm the shirt.

Neck Yoke placement

Neck Yoke

2" – 3" wide

Smaller than a Left Chest print, sitting about 1" below the collar seam. Keep it simple at this size — we've printed logos as tight as 1" here and they still read clearly. It sits right around eye level for anyone standing behind the wearer, so it doesn't need to be big to get noticed. It also works well on racerback tanks where space is limited, and pairs naturally with a matching sleeve or Left Chest placement.

Upper Back placement

Upper Back

12" – 13" wide

Sits about 3.5" – 4" down from the collar. Great for bold text — team names, event staff callouts, anything that needs to read from a distance.

Full Back placement

Full Back

Up to 12" wide × 14" tall

The largest canvas on the garment — ideal for detailed or colourful designs. Often paired with a simpler Left Chest print up front.

Left / Right Arm placement

Left / Right Arm

2.5" – 3.5" wide

Sits a couple inches up from the hem. Keep it simple — small text, a mascot mark, or a single icon works best here.

Pants & Joggers

Three spots that work well on sweatpants and joggers.

Thigh placement

Thigh

2" – 4.5" wide × 2" – 4.5" tall

Front of the leg, roughly where a pocket would sit. A clean spot for a small logo or wordmark.

Side Leg placement

Side Leg

1" – 3" wide × 9" – 16" tall

Runs down the outside seam of the leg. A tall, narrow print — great for a stacked wordmark, stripe-style design, or team name running down the side.

Back Calf placement

Back Calf

2" – 4.5" wide × 2" – 4.5" tall

Lower back of the leg, above the ankle. A subtle placement that still shows up when someone's walking away.

Hats & Beanies

Smaller canvas, so simple designs work best here.

Hat Front Panel placement

Front Panel

Sized to fit the panel

The go-to spot for embroidered logos or lettering. Structured caps and beanies have a limited canvas, so we'll size your logo to fit cleanly — we'll confirm exact dimensions on your mockup.

Hat Side Panel placement

Side Panel

Sized to fit the panel

A smaller, understated option — good for a simple mark or initials without competing with a front logo.

Hat Back placement

Back

Sized to fit the panel

Sits above the adjustable strap on structured caps, or centered on the back of a beanie. Best for small text or a simple mark — this is a tight space, so keep the design minimal.
